Guillaume Menager studied history and political science. A graduate of the Sorbonne and The University of Nottingham, he taught for several years in France and the UK.
Then BNP Paribas, in partnership with Sun Microsystems, asked him to set up an Education & Research agency to offer IT, software and human resources solutions to the world of higher education, both public and private. From there, Guillaume specialized in human skills and became a recruiter.
At Elzéar, he assists companies in the higher education and research sectors in their search for talent.
After completing a rigorous two-year preparatory course in advanced mathematics at the Prytanée National Militaire of La Flèche (9074C, Math sup and spéciale M’) followed by a Master’s degree from ENSAE and Sorbonne University (Paris School of Economics), Franck became a recruitment consultant in the early 2000s, working in France and England.
This immersion in Anglo-Saxon culture and standards led him to develop an international firm with a French culture, serving French economic competitiveness.
An alumnus of the Prytanée National Militaire de La Flèche, he was a director of the Alumni Association, which boasts a network of 17,000 alumni.
He is passionate about talent development, entrepreneurship and business adventures.
On a personal note, he is a bibliophile.
